불법조업 500척 폭파한 나라의 충격 근황

취임 5년 만에 556척을 바다 아래로 보내버렸어. 그리고 최근의 충격적인 결과.
불법 어선 침범이 90% 이상 사라졌어.
바다가 살아났고, 어민 소득도 올랐어.
반면 우리 서해는 하루 100~200척의 중국 불법 어선이 들어오고, 성어기엔 3,000척 넘게 몰려와.
우리 어획량은 10년 사이 40% 이상 감소.
명태는 멸종 위기.
멸치, 갈치, 오징어도 씨가 말라가고 있어.
전라도가 타격이 가장 심해.
