동남아 조폭 삼합회, 왜 캄보디아까지 왔을까?
삼합회. 원래는 중국에서 시작했어.
몇백 년 전에 약한 사람들끼리 서로 지켜주자고 만든 비밀 결사였대.
근데 시간이 지나면서
완전 조폭으로 바뀌어 버렸지.
중국 정부가 단속을 빡세게 하니까
법이 약한 동남아로 퍼졌어.
그중에서도 캄보디아.
시하누크빌이라는 카지노 도시에서 사이버 사기, 보이스피싱, 인신매매까지,
돈 되는 범죄판을 크게 벌인다는 얘기 많아.
중국 내에서는 삼합회를 단속하지만,
동남아등 해외에서는 은밀히 협력한다는 의혹도 많아.
